With these epic words I started a 1400 mile Atlantic Ocean crossing on board Symfony from the Azores back to Kats in Zeeland, Netherlands, some 30 years ago.
Ten years later i set up a hotel reservations company, but was defeated by ABN AMRO bank because I was a bit to creative to their likings, and was forced to close down a successfull hotel reservation company. Sometimes people call me a dangerous person. That’s the consequence of being a reactionair.
Today I finished my businessplan for Timedesk & Villagetalk. The start of my third carreer, now as the offical Hatman of Africa, on journey into uncharted waters of African Internet and how to make sense of the chaos of the place. It took me eight years to make sopme sense out of the place and maybe that experience may be of use to the folks starting their journey.
